Description

The CBU-DCS-LR is a Casambi Bluetooth DALI universal module that is itself powered from the DALI bus – the bus supplies both data and operating voltage, so no separate mains connection is needed. Input 9.5–22.5 VDC via the DALI bus, max 250 mA. Long Range Bluetooth gives extended coverage in larger installations. The bus-powered design simplifies installation considerably, since no 230V wiring is needed at the module itself – it simply connects onto the DALI bus between the DALI master/driver and the lighting gear. Compact 40.4 × 36.3 × 14.0 mm housing for mounting in a luminaire or junction box, IP20, CE and CPR-DoP certified (Construction Products Regulation). Operating range -20…+55°C, a wider upper limit than several other CBU modules, suiting warmer installation spaces. Joins the Casambi mesh (up to 250 devices) for wireless scene control and dimming of DALI gear. Confirm the DALI bus's total current budget covers all connected DALI devices plus the module's own draw. Suited to installations where existing DALI infrastructure needs Casambi connectivity without extra cabling for power.
